Specifications

   Temperature Range

Maximum temperature at which the unit may operate and still maintain rated performances.

Search Logic:      User may specify either, both, or neither of the "At Least" and "No More Than" values. Products returned as matches will meet all specified criteria.
   Capacity:

Capacity of heated interior space of the unit.

Search Logic:      User may specify either, both, or neither of the "At Least" and "No More Than" values. Products returned as matches will meet all specified criteria.
   Pressure Range

The pressure range through which the unit can operate.

Type / Configuration

   Configuration
   Your choices are...

   Cold Sterilization

The autoclave uses a cold sterilization liquid to sterilize the contents.  Cold sterilization liquids have been developed to enable the sterilization or high-level disinfection of medical equipment that cannot be heat sterilized.

   Dry Heat

The autoclave uses dry heat to sterilize its contents.

   Gas

The autoclave uses a gas to sterilize its contents.  It is a low humidity process that requires little drying time.

   Steam

The autoclave uses steam to sterilize its contents.

   Ultraviolet

Ultraviolet sterilizers produce UV light exerting a lethal effect on unwanted disease causing organisms.  They can destroy pathogens, bacteria, mold spores, yeast, protozoa, fungi and algae.

   Oven

Ovens are lower temperature (usually <1400 degrees F) thermal processing units, usually without refractory insulation.

   Other

Other unlisted, specialized, or proprietary configuration.

Search Logic:      All products with ANY of the selected attributes will be returned as matches. Leaving all boxes unchecked will not limit the search criteria for this question; products with all attribute options will be returned as matches.
Application

   Application:
   Your choices are...

   Industrial

Industrial ovens are typically either batch or continuous process insulated enclosures or tunnels used for thermal processing.

   Laboratory

Laboratory ovens are used in a variety of thermal processing applications including general lab work, component and stability testing, core hardening, drying glassware, and sterilizing.

   Other

Other unlisted, specialized, or proprietary applications.

Search Logic:      All products with ANY of the selected attributes will be returned as matches. Leaving all boxes unchecked will not limit the search criteria for this question; products with all attribute options will be returned as matches.
Features

   Shelving / Racks / Carts

Shelves are available in several configurations. Typically shelves rest on rails that are attached to the side of the oven via keyhole slots. As a variation on this theme, roller shelves, which allow the load to be moved in and out of the oven with minimal effort, can be used. Roller shelves also are useful when product has to be picked up with an overhead hoist or crane. For truck-in or walk-in style units, carts typically come in three configurations -- shelf, hanging or flatbed. Each style can be rated to different weights for varying processes, and each style tends to be more compatible with a particular airflow.

   Timers

The unit has a timer that may be used for process or to automate turn-on and shutdown timing.

   Alarms

The unit has integral alarms that ring, flash, or otherwise display information when temperature setpoints are exceeded or fallen below.

   Logging / Recorder Options

The unit includes a data logger or chart recorder for monitoring operational history.

   Front Panel & Display

Integral controls, keypad, and/or display on the panel of the unit.

Search Logic:      All products with ANY of the selected attributes will be returned as matches. Leaving all boxes unchecked will not limit the search criteria for this question; products with all attribute options will be returned as matches.
