Microplate Coating and Processing Systems

Microplate coating systems and microplate processing systems are used to prepare samples for drug discovery or chemical analysis applications. A microplate washer is equipped with an 8-way and 12-way interchangeable wash heads and has a soak time or aspirate time ranging from 1 to 999 seconds. A microplate washer should have a variable dispense pressure ranging from 1 to 19.9 psi. A coating machine should be equipped with an LNG gas drying system. A microplate processing system or microplate coater should work at a speed of 180m/min. A coating machine should also have a maximum web diameter of 800 mm for the unwinder and rewinder. Microplate coating and processing systems are designed and manufactured to meet most industry specifications.
